GOWYLD has lots of databases, if you want to learn a language or read a magazine they are all there. If you research banned books you will find many more and more books on the challenged list. Most libraries do not pull these books off our shelves, you have the right to read what you want.     Our project of new carpet is finished, and everything is back on the shelf. We changed some shelving, and added some. It made the small space more crowded, but helped to spread things out so you can find things. Come check it out. School is back in session and our after-school activities are back.     We will be closed Monday, September 2 for Labor Day. School is back in session and our after-school activities are back. Wednesday is our after-school program, crafts, games, projects are in the picture. Our programs are always in need of funding, as in craft supplies, painting supplies, snacks for the kids for Story Hour or after school.     We will be CLOSED on Thursday July 4. We ae almost back together, the new carpet is in and we are slowly getting things organized again. It has been a long process but it looks so nice and we are happy to have most of it done. Summer reading is going on, there are lots of things to do with Miss Lacey. The library has book clubs, painting classes for kids and adults, call to see if there is room to attend as there is limited space.
