The Moorcroft Wolves traveled down to Saratoga for a Saturday afternoon game over the weekend. Looking for the first road win of the season, the pack was determined to keep their strong start moving in the right direction. The Wolves stopped the Panthers on the first drive through excellent tackling by Hunter Garoutte, who led the team with ten tackles. Travis Santistevan|Sep 5, 2019

Zero Week Scrimmage with Wright was a good opportunity for the Wolves to show case what they have worked on in the first few weeks of the season. The varsity squad saw three quarters of action against Wright’s varsity and at the end of it, the Wolves lead 18-14. The Wright junior varsity scored twice on the Wolves junior varsity; with this being a scrimmage, it was a great opportunity for the younger players from both teams to see some action. The coaches were impressed with a lot of the play o...

The young Wolves basketball team had another pair of games this past weekend, battling with teams from the Southeast region. Unfortunately, the Wolves are not seeing the success that they would hope to see on the score board, but they are very invested in the process of building a successful team. Friday night saw the young Wolves fall to the Cyclones of Southeast, JV with a score of 22 to 18 and Varsity, 63 to 36. On Saturday, the team lost to the Tigers from Lusk, the JV, 33 to 19 and Varsity, 74 to 41. We all know that this is a process as...

They are learning how to compete as a team and growing each and every day.
