    7 eggs and candy were hidden by the employees and family of Happily Ever After Daycare and members of the Moorcroft Recreation Board on Saturday. There were over 100 kids ranging from infants to fourth graders hunting across the ball field.     Fire department engineer Ed Scott has been working with Wyoming fire marshal Jim Reed to initiate, within the Pine Haven community, a program to aid in the prevention of home oxygen fires for people who live with the concentrators and tanks.     The Vital Statistics Services division of the Wyoming Department of Health has released data showing that 2021 was a second year of unprecedented death rates in this state. However, there were also more births and marriages in Wyoming, and fewer divorces. A total of 6572 deaths were recorded in 2021 and 5986 in 2020. For context, 2019 saw a lower death rate of 5122. Tom is the son of Sherman Elwood Claytor and Bonnie Marguerite Wolfe Claytor and was born April 12, 1944, in Lexington, Virginia.
