    West Texas Trail Museum Director Cynthia Clonch was on hand Monday morning to guide the installation of a refurbished heavy business or livery wagon (circa mid to latter 1800s) into a place of honor in the museum.     4-H Summer Camp is a much anticipated event for youth in Crook and Weston Counties and this year was no exception. Over 100 youth and adult volunteers flocked to the RAM Center near Devils Tower Junction for the annual Crook-Weston County 4-H Camp.     Our beloved son Joshua Patrick Donnell, age 13, of Carlile, Wyoming, took his own life on June 23, 2019, at his home in Carlile. Josh suffered for years with depression; may he rest in peace now without sadness in the arms of our Lord. Josh was born November 26, 2005, in Fairfax County, Virginia, to Douglas and Jessica Donnell. The family moved to Carlile in May 2009 to live rurally.     LARAMIE — The remains of Machinist’s Mate First Class George Hanson, killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, will be escorted by motorcade from Denver International Airport to Laramie on Wednesday for burial on Saturday.     Federal charges filed in case of meth found in dishwasher GILLETTE (WNE) — Local charges have been dismissed against a man who faced drug charges after a pound of meth allegedly was found in his dishwasher in January.     A Colorado man faces felony charges after allegedly trying to sell marijuana to a pair of Moorcroft homeowners – and then to a police officer.
