The Wolves traveled to the Big Horn tournament over the weekend. In pool play, the Wolves split with Tongue River going 1-1 (22-25, 25-23) out of two sets. Moorcroft lost to Glenrock, 0-2 (19-35, 23-35), but the girls won against Wind River, 2-0 (25-9, 25-26). On Friday afternoon, the Moorcroft Wolves hosted Saratoga. Saratoga got off to a hot start and got up 19-0 before halftime. A long touchdown run by Zane Linder got the Wolves on the board going into the half 19-6. They struggled scoring the ball in the second half and could not convert turnovers like they did the first half. Saratoga put a few more scores on and won the game 34-6. In a letter filed this morning with the county, Governor Mark Gordon has suspended Mary Kuhl from her position as Crook County Treasurer.
