    Governor Mark Gordon has suspended Mary Kuhl from her position as Crook County Treasurer in an order filed with the county on Thursday. Skip was born March 23, 1950 in Douglas, Wyoming, to Albert "Coop" Waters and Elizabeth Tapster Waters. Skip moved to Keyhole Ranch with his parents and paternal grandparents, Fred Van Waters and Millie Gerig Waters because of construction of the Glendo, Wyoming, reservoir on the family ranch in 1954.     The Wyoming Department of Transportation wants to remind residents and travelers about the offerings under the Wyoming Travel Authorization Program (W-TAP) ahead of the 2021-2022 winter season.     On Friday night, the Moorcroft Wolves voyaged south to Niobrara County to battle the Tigers of Lusk. It was difficult for the Wolves to get a complete drive going as they would move the ball but couldn’t quite finish off the drive.
