    Michael Campbell of Sturgis, SD appeared in court this morning charged with murder in the second degree after a body was discovered in his home that was believed to be that of missing Upton resident Shayna Ritthaler. Ritthaler disappeared on October 3.     Glen Sterling, 77, of Hulett, Wyoming, was born on March 3, 1942, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Joe and Dorothy (Austin) Sterling and he went home to be with his Lord, October 2, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Glen crammed many careers into his short life. He began bull riding while he was still in high school and rodeoed for ten years.     During the month of September, the pantry served 216 people. This included 15 new clients, 78 under the age of 18 and 37 over the age of 60. We also shared food with the Blessings programs in Sundance, Moorcroft and Hulett, which collectively serve approximately 175 youth in their areas.     This project included replacement of the sanitary sewer main in the alley between Powder River Avenue and Cheyenne Avenue from Weston Street to Park Street. At this time, sanitary sewer installation has been completed and Hot Iron is currently working to prepare for curb and gutter replacement.     The Moorcroft Lady Wolves volleyball team is on a run, winning the last six games in a row. Over the weekend, the Wolves were on the road again.     A fatal crash near Moorcroft on October 7 claimed the life of California resident David Segal. The accident occurred around milepost 169 on Interstate 90 east of Moorcroft, Wyoming.
