    Residents who are depositing yard waste, predominantly leaves, into the streets are advised of their responsibility to keep the municipal roadways clear of such waste that fouls the drains. This problem faced the public works team earlier in the year with police verbally warning and ticketing those who did not clear their lawn clippings. Leaves fall under this rule as well and will be addressed with the same redress in the future.     Pine Haven's volunteer fire department has been actively seeking a command vehicle to add to the department's inventory for the last several months and department chief TJ Gideon has finally found and purchased a used vehicle for the perfect fit. The 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe was retired from a fire department in Oregon at 100,000 miles and Pine Haven was able to purchase the automobile for $7500.     Ghosts and goblins are almost upon us, and many local homes are already playing host to the spooks of the season. Moorcroft's annual Trick or Treat Street will be held on Saturday, October 29 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Moorcroft Town Center (the old Elementary School gymnasium).     Unemployment rate in Campbell County and state remains steady GILLETTE (WNE) — Campbell County’s unemployment rate remained unchanged from August to September, staying at 3.3%, which is in line with the state average.     Boat ramp and aquatic invasive species inspection hours at both Glendo and Keyhole state parks are adjusting to accommodate the waning sunlight hours.     It was an awesome game! The boys were ready to play as hard as ever, and they did just that. It was an awesome way to end the season and the high school careers for our seniors. Our O-line did a great job being led by Kyler Smith and Dane Connally and our backs played lights out being led by James Long and Richie Allison. It was an awesome game all around for these boys!     The Wolves traveled to Ethete for the State Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 22. Lilly Barnum and Katelynn Blakeman are the two senior athletes on the team and put on a great show. Katelynn finished with the time of 26:16.0 and Lilly finished with the time of 29:27.5.
