Keyhole State Park is partnering with Audubon Rockies again this summer to provide a series of birding events at the park from May through August. The first event will be a "Birding Walk" on May 4, beginning at 8 a.m. at the Rocky Point Trailhead. Pine Haven hosted its annual Easter Egg Hunt (above) on Saturday afternoon, hiding 1675 eggs for an estimated 60 little treasure hunters to find. It was a great turnout, says Melissa Norton, with three age groups searching for their bounty. The annual Post prom for Moorcroft Secondary is happening on Saturday, March 23, starting at midnight-4:30 a.m. and will be held at the Moorcroft Fire Hall. The Moorcroft Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) switched things up this year for the awards ceremony of the Citizen and Business of the Year. The awards are usually given in October but the fall seems to be busy and then the holiday season kicks off.
