Pre-season look at the Lady Wolves basketball team

The Lady Wolves Girl’s Basketball Team began practice prior to the Thanksgiving break and has been working hard. We have a good group of girls who are focused, want to be here and put the team before themselves.

We have an experienced group of returning upperclassmen and a good number of new girls into the program. Practices have been going very well and defense will continue to be our focus. Because the team is experienced, we have been able to grasp concepts and progress quicker through different offenses and defenses that we want to run.

The Lady Wolves’ first tournament is in Burns, where they will play Burns, Pine Bluffs, Wheatland and Lingle. It is a great test to start the season and the team is excited to start playing games.
