NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Moorcroft, Wyoming (“Town”) will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the following surplus real property: Lot 3, N½ of Lot 4, South 25 feet of Lot 4 (being the S½ of Lot 4), Block 3, First Addition to the Town of Moorcroft, Wyoming (“Lots”).
