Depleted Wolves battle Southeast Cyclones

On Friday night, the Moorcroft Wolves traveled to Yoder to battle the #1 Southeast Cyclones. Depleted by injuries, the Wolves had a tough matchup and lost 70-22.

The team showed positive signs throughout the game as they were able to move the ball down the field, but were just unable to put it in the end zone. The Wolves move to 2-3 on the season and will host Lingle-Ft. Laramie for homecoming this week.

Wolves’ leaders include Zane Linder, who led the team with 154 passing yards and 115 yards rushing with two of the Wolves Touch downs; Hunter Garoutte, who led in defensive points, receiving yards and had the other Wolves TD; and Lane Wood, who had a 52-yard catch and run. He ended the night with three receptions and 62 yards receiving.
