Muck removal began Monday for lagoon cell two and was completed by Wednesday. During this time, the process piping for the aeration equipment as well as the roof for the blower building was also almost completed. Once sludge is removed, the new aeration equipment will be installed into lagoon cell two and a test run on the equipment will immediately follow before liquid is allowed to reenter that cell.
