Co-organizer of the annual Moorcroft Jubilee Parade, Charlene Huckins has had the goal for the last couple of years to carry flags for all 50 states; she has 37 on the roster now, however, she needs help to reach the rest accomplish this endeavor before line up on July 10. “This would be quite an accomplishment for a small town like Moorcroft.”
