Moorcroft Police Report

On September 20, police were requested to attend the Crook County School Board meeting. Officer attended and left as there were no issues. Nothing further.

On September 22, officers spoke with a resident regarding an order of protection.

On September 22, police spoke with a resident about their camper being used as a residence on their property. Officer was advised no one was living in the camper. Nothing further.

On September 24, police assisted WHP on a traffic crash on Highway 51. Officer stayed on scene until arrival of trooper.

On September 24, police were called for a report of a male subject attempting suicide by train. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the young man who stated he had no intention on hurting himself. Police released the young man into the custody of his parents.

On September 25, police were contacted by a parent who wanted their child spoken to about electronic cigarette items found in their room. Officer arrived and spoke with the juvenile and their mother regarding the issue.

On September 25, police assisted Moorcroft High School by conducting 77 PBT tests at the homecoming dance.
