The Moorcroft Lady Wolves placed fourth at the state tournament last weekend. The Lady Wolves haven't been to state since 1987 and they have never placed at the state tournament in school history.
We were very happy with the success of the weekend as well as our effort. Making the state tournament was one of our goals and placing in the top four is something to be proud of.
I am proud of our effort and commitment all season. We ended the season with the record of 24-11.
I am excited to see the future of MHS volleyball now that this group has helped pave the way for the future of Moorcroft Volleyball. We are grateful to our seniors, Char Cranston, Kaylee Terry, Layla Elliott, Kendra Hansen and Elizabeth Anderson for their four years on our team and we wish them the best in their future.
