Moorcroft K8 Parent Action Committee hosted the annual Crook County District Spelling Bee Thursday, February 17.
During the month of January, Moorcroft K8 held classroom spelling bees and the top spellers from each classroom advanced to the Crook County District Spelling Bee, which was divided into two divisions.
The winners of the first through third grade division were Lincoln Townley (second grade), winning first place; Ryland Johnson (third grade), second place; and Eva Schmuesser (third grade), third place.
