Pine Haven approves new subdivision ordinances

Pine Haven’s town council has passed the updated ordinances governing subdivisions after hearing from their ordinance committee, which has been diligently working on updating this particular chapter of ordinances for number of months.

This update is extremely timely due to the interest and actual platting that has been set in motion by three potential developers including C Bar, Knotty Pine and Waters within town limits.
