Roads and airports from Rapid City, SD westward through Wyoming closed as a spring blizzard hit Saturday and Crook County saw whiteout conditions. The snow may have impeded normal life for many, but it was wet and wonderful, for several kids, who took the opportunity to ride toboggans down the hill at the MK-8 flood plain. Much of the snow was running down drains by Sunday with enough still melting on Monday to affect working on the MTC roof (pictured above), causing more weather-related delays.
