April 18-24, 2022

On April 18, police clerk gave emergency fund assistance to someone in need.

On April 18, police assisted someone who had locked their keys in their vehicle. Officer was able to gain entry for owner.

On April 18, police issued a 30-day junk ordinance violation warning.

On April 19, police gave emergency fund assistance to someone in need.

On April 20, police and mayor assisted a resident who had been locked out of their home. Entry was made for homeowner.

On April 20, police received a call of two dogs running at large in the area of West Crook Street. Officer spoke with the owners and advised them they needed to keep their animals in their yard.

On April 21, police were notified of someone attempting to break into a vehicle at Coffee Cup. Officer reviewed camera footage and spoke with employees and neighboring businesses and was unable to locate the suspect.

On April 21, police assisted Moorcroft EMS on an emergency call.

On April 22, police assisted Sundance EMS on an emergency call.

On April 22, police assisted someone who had locked their keys in their vehicle. Officer was able to gain entry for owner.

On April 23, police assisted a man who had locked himself inside his van. The man attempted to get out of the back of the van when the handle broke. Officer was able to assist the man.

On April 24, police were contacted regarding a vehicle running into Diehl’s Supermarket. Officer arrived and spoke with the driver. No injuries. Pictures were taken and insurance information was given to the business.

On April 24, police were contacted regarding a vehicle crashing into the barrier at Donna’s Diner. Officer arrived and spoke with the driver. No injuries. Driver was cited for Careless Driving.
