Vendors offered goods and services with which attendees might not already be familiar.

The Moorcroft Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) hosted their first Safety/Business Day on Saturday with 22 vendors setting up tables along the sidewalk. Several offered items or services with which many people were unfamiliar, according to co-organizer Elaine Buckmiller.
Of the 17 individual who participated in the $250 chamber bucks drawing, Louise McKinney won.
When asked for their thoughts on the day, vendors were pleased with the contacts made and the overall response, according to Buckmiller.
She and associates Marge Reed, Jodi Clark and Susan Millard set up this event to show residents and visitors to Moorcroft what is available in this community that is perhaps not readily noticeable from the street. With that and the professionals who made themselves available to answer safety questions about electricity, gas, etc, an event was established with which this chamber team was pleased.
