Kids of all ages enjoy a rainy day with family and friends.
The Pine Haven Recreation Board hosted a craft day for resident kids Tuesday morning. The plan was to enjoy the sunny weather in Waters Park, but with the cooler temperatures and rain, the party moved to the community center.
Several youngsters and their respective adults showed up to paint lizards and decorate bug catching jars. Board/council liaison Kristy Speed considered the event a success and apparently, so did the participants.
