The Voice of the Community Since 1909, Serving Moorcroft and Pine Haven, Wyoming

Moorcroft Branch Library

Library supporters are invited and encouraged to learn about our local Adult Book Club.  We are looking for volunteers to advocate for our library, raise funds, sponsor programs and host used books sales.

Award winning author and Wyoming's Poet Laureate Eugene Gagliano will be presenting at the library Tuesday May 9 at 9:30 am. People are encouraged to stop by the library for their chance to win a prize basket, including several of his books and valued over $75.

The library has many of his books available for checkout including C Is For Cowboy and Little Wyoming for our younger readers, Angel's Landing, Snap and Booger for the middle school readers and A Wyoming State Of Mind poetry book from the adult section.

The library team is planning future activities, too. Is there a craft or talent someone would like to share?  Those with ideas on the subject are asked to let them know what they would like to see hosted at the library and they are looking for volunteers to lead activities.

Serena, Shannon and Lacey are planning a Yard Dice adult craft for Tuesday, May 23 – contact the library for more information and they would also love to host a teen paint class, but need at least five teens interested to schedule, so those teenagers curious about this class are welcome to call or drop in to express their interest.
