On Sept. 16, an officer responded to a residence to assist EMS with an individual needing immediate medical attention. The officer remained on the scene until the ambulance arrived. Nothing further.

On Sept. 17, a citizen entered the police station to report that an individual was drifting their car around the flagpole on Big Horn Avenue. While the officer was discussing the incident, they observed the individual drifting around the flagpole for a second time. The officer was able to locate the individual and issue them a citation. Nothing further.
