PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority implement its 2025-2027 Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Program (Program) as more fully described below.

1. BHWG is a public utility subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction. Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-1-101(a)(vi)(D) and 37-2-112. BHWG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Black Hills Corporation.

2. On October 2, 2024, BHWG filed this Application requesting authority to implement its Program for residential and commercial gas service customers. The Company seeks to implement the Program on January 1, 2025.

3. The Program addresses plans for: Residential Solutions; Business Solutions; Residential Income Qualified Weatherization; School-Based Energy Education; and Evaluation, Measurement & Verification. The Program allows for reimbursement of costs BHWG incurs associated with both administering and managing the Program in addition to any rebates issued to their ratepayer participants for the purchase of eligible high-efficiency consumer and commercial efficiency and weatherization measures. The Program is a continuation with modification of the Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Program approved in Docket 30026-27-GT-20 (Record 15549) and continued and modified in Docket 30026-48-GT-21 (Record 15936).

Any intervention request filed with the Commission must set forth the grounds of the proposed intervention, or request for hearing, as well as the position and interest of the petitioner.
