This position will be instrumental in executing accounts payable activities. Duties will include processing accounts payable, maintaining vendor files, performing regulatory compliance duties associated with accounts payable and invoicing vendors for miscellaneous receivables. Other marginal duties will include providing administrative support to accounting staff. Occasional travel to other PRECorp offices may be required. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills needed for this position: Must have the ability to become familiar with all PRECorp policies and procedures. Must have the ability to work with the public and maintain good customer relations. Must be able to coordinate work and get along with co-workers. Must have the ability to organize departmental work to meet deadlines. Must be familiar with standard office equipment and software products such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others.
