Moorcroft’s West Texas Trail Museum celebrates the 150th anniversary of Greatest West Texas Cattle Trail with the 15th Heritage Round-up September 21 with a Pitchfork Fondue steak dinner, live music by the Ramblin’ Rangers as well as live and silent auctions. The program educated attendees on the vital part the lowly milkweed plays in the survival of the Monarch butterfly as the only plant on which the butterfly lays its eggs.
