NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Moorcroft, Wyoming (“Town”) will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the following surplus real property: Lot 3, N½ of Lot 4, South 25 feet of Lot 4 (being the S½ of Lot 4), Block 3, First Addition to the Town of Moorcroft, Wyoming (“Lots”). The Lots will be sold in “AS IS” condition, without title insurance, and subject to the certain terms and conditions. The properties will be sold together.
