Former Moorcroft Police Chief Douglas Lundborg was honored last week for his 38 years of law enforcement service.
The award was presented at the yearly WASCOP (Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police) Conference held in Casper, WY on April 27, 2021.
