The annual Rib Rally hosted by the Moorcroft Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) sold out of ribs last Wednesday.

One of the event organizers later said the last plate sold at 4:55 p.m., ultimately feeding more than 170 people.

This year, the number of locals to travelers, according to the MACC spokesperson “was approximately 90/10.” She suggested fear of COVID-19 as a possible deterrent to more tourists stopping in.
