I don't see that it's going to pay for itself any time soon so I honestly think that it needs to be torn down and reclaimed. As far as putting something back in there, there are a lot of options available. We do need a new cop shop [police department]; we do need something for the municipality; we also need stuff for the kids like a pool room or something that is entertainment based for them. I think we need to think of the community and not necessarily businesses; businesses do well down here [North Big Horn Avenue].
