C Bar developers meet with citizens

The Pine Haven Planning and Zoning Committee entertained a public hearing Monday afternoon and with council in attendance amidst a full room, developers Greg Cottrell and Robert Chamberlin as well as realtor Pat Avery met with citizens to answer questions and concerns about the anticipated C Bar Subdivision that, if approved, will be built on 30 acres a few blocks south of Town Hall along either side of Pine Haven Road.

Engineers for both the town and the developers were also on hand for specific questions.
