7:00 p.m. Present were Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury, Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen, Member, Ralph Goodson, Members Dustin Buckmiller and Mary Yemington were absent.

Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury asked if there were any amendments to the agenda. Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen moved to adopt the agenda as presented; Member, Ralph Goodson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.
