Mayor Karla Brandenburg shares a short update on the road work through the C Bar Estates development as winter continues to encroach. "The weather has slowed down the progress on the roads for C Bar, but Powder River Energy has been out there clearing the right-of-way through their utility easement to put the power boxes in so some progress has been made. Other than that it has been a slow week," she says.
