After the concerns expressed and town attorney Pat Carpenter's advice regarding the unsafe operating procedures utilized by C-Bar Estates contractor Swagger Construction in their sewer line installation recently, the contractor is now covering their sewer line trenches, leaving only enough open area as is needed to work on the service connections for each lot, says Pine Haven Mayor Karla Brandenburg. "We have heard from the owner of Swagger and the foreman that they will get the holes covered or fenced off for safety reasons."
