Council faces code violators

Pine Haven has been struggling for a number of months to work with more than 30 homeowners in an effort to bring their properties up to the codes related to the town’s nuisance ordinance. These violations include abandoned vehicles, 20-32; accumulation of solid waste, 20-33; and not mowing, 20-35.

The problem was recently discussed at a council workshop and a list was established of those who would not keep their property clean of garbage and overgrowth.
