As Moorcroft awaits further funding from the State Land and Investment Board (SLIB) to continue the remaining phases of the Powder River Project, replacing failing infrastructure, Public Works crews change out parts of the line that are no longer usable on an "as needed" basis. This is the case with sewer pipe running through the alley between Cheyenne Avenue and the west end of Rail Road Street, where maintenance crew started their week.
