What's happening at the Moorcroft Branch Library

Get in your element this September – sign up for a library card! You can borrow books, ebooks, activity kits, DVDs and state park passes.

Use your library card for online resources such as Linked In Learning, BookFlix and many other online databases. Get a library card and dive into a new hobby.

Use your library card to spark your creativity. A library card is your most important school supply – it’s elemental, really – and everyone should have one.

Sign up for a library card at the Moorcroft Branch Library in September and get a free treat from us. All new adult patrons will also be entered into a prize drawing.

Join us for an intriguing program September 15, at 7 p.m.  Presenting via ZOOM, John Waggener will describe the history of Interstate 80, between Laramie and Wolcott Junction.

The 77-mile stretch of I-80 has been dubbed the “Snow Chi Minh Trail” by long haul truckers, a negative reference to the similarly mountainous roadways used by North Vietnamese soldiers. The road stretch in south-central Wyoming, dedicated in 1970, is steeped in tragedy, controversy, myth and even conspiracy.

We have a fun September planned! Visit us online https://www.crookcountylibrary.org/moorcroft-branch.html to see all the fun we have scheduled.

You can also follow us on Facebook. Please stop in or call the library at 307-756-3232 for more information or to sign up for upcoming events.
