Tuesday, October 24, was Wyoming Snapshot Day, celebrating libraries and how they support lifelong learning. Participation in Snapshot Day includes sending pictures to the state library of patrons utilizing Wyoming Libraries; comments on why the library is important to local patrons are also sent.
State Library staff will create a slideshow to share with legislators along with posting the photos and comments on social media websites such as Flickr, Facebook and other applications of their choice. The Moorcroft Branch Library will be collecting photos and comments for submission through October 30. Please stop in if you would like to participate.
On October 30, at 6 p.m., we are partnering with Impact Youth Mentorship to bring you trivia night with a spooky twist! Join us for some fun Halloween themed trivia, prizes and, of course, treats. Youth in grades 7-12 and adults of all ages are welcome to join us.
