A Holiday Silent Auction for the Moorcroft Friends of the Library started on November 15. The group is hoping to raise enough funds to update the computer area in our youth services section. Auction items can be viewed at the library during normal business hours. The auction will end at 5 p.m., on Friday, December 15.
Auction items include aloe vera plants, a youth art basket, fall wreaths, a “getting ready for Christmas” basket, holiday decor and an Easter set (including a sugar string egg made by Terry Williams).
Our next Teen/Adult Trivia is Monday, November 27. We are partnering with Impact Youth Mentorship to host adults verses teens Christmas trivia. Dinner will be provided beginning at 6:30 p.m. and trivia will start at 7.
Our November Adult Craft class is on Thursday, November 30 and we have a few spots left. We will be making bath salt, body scrub, milk bath and rice heating bags. Call or stop by to reserve your spot.
