Notice to all persons liable to assessment for the improvement of the Vista Grande Sanitary Sewer lines located in the Town of Pine Haven, Wyoming. The governing body of the Town of Pine Haven, on the 12th day of December, 2023 passed the following resolution of intention:

RESOLUTION 33, 2023

A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO FORM THE VISTA GRANDE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IN THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN.

WHEREAS, the Town of Pine Haven by this Resolution does hereby notify the legal property owners of the Town of Pine Haven’s intent to form a Local Improvement District by Ordinance and pursuant to W.S. §15-6-101, et.seq.; and

WHEREAS, the boundaries of the proposed improvement district shall include the lot and/or properties served by such improvement and shall include the following described properties and/or the properties owned by the following individuals:

Description: Lot 13 of Glenn Vista Estates Subdivision to the Town of Pine Haven, Crook County, Wyoming According to the Amended Plat thereof recorded March 5, 1980 as Instrument Number 399392

Current Record Owner: Cary E. Roberson and Glenda S. Roberson

Description: Lot 17 of Glenn Vista Estates Subdivision to the Town of Pine Haven, Crook County, Wyoming According to the Amended Plat thereof recorded March 5, 1980 as Instrument Number 399392

Current Record Owner: James J. Naramore and Karen R. Naramore, Trustees of the James J. & Karen R. Naramore Trust

Description: Lot 18 of Glenn Vista Estates Subdivision to the Town of Pine Haven, Crook County, Wyoming According to the Amended Plat thereof recorded March 5, 1980 as Instrument Number 399392

WHEREAS, the improvements contemplated by the Town of Pine Haven consist of the installation of sewer collection lines, a single sewer lift station, and sewer service lines within a portion of the Glenn Vista Estates Subdivision to the Town of Pine Haven, Wyoming.

WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the total improvement project and the estimated contract price of the improvement project is $381,652.00. The Town anticipates no portion of the project being paid out of the Town’s general fund. The Town anticipates funding the project as follows:

ARPA Funding Grant $ 222,000.00

Town of Pine Haven, Sewer Reserves (5479-1506) $ 136,377.00

Total Funding $ 381,652.00

WHEREAS, the Town of Pine Haven does not anticipate allocating assessments among different Assessment Units but anticipates assessing all property owners equally within the assessment district, and:

WHEREAS, notice of this Resolution shall be published in the Moorcroft Leader on December 21, 2023. A copy of the resolution of intention shall be mailed to each legal owner of record of the property within the proposed district.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVENING BODY OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN will hold a public hearing on January 09, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Pine Haven Town Hall Council Chambers, 24 Waters Drive, Pine Haven, Wyoming 82721, to consider any objections to the proposed improvements, and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, remonstrance’s or objections must be filed in writing with the Town Clerk at the Pine Haven Town Hall, 24 Waters Dr, Pine Haven WY. 82721, by 4:00 p.m., on January 8, 2024.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all recitals are incorporated herein as if fully set forth in the body of this Resolution.
