WYDOT crew finishes up the new wood rail fence, thus completing the face lift of the rest area west of Moorcroft. The effort started after the spring flood of the area with rebuilding the perimeter fence, followed by revamping the playground area with new colored wood chips and laying a concrete floor for the dumpster and, finally, the decretive fencing.
