Moorcroft Mayor Dick Claar shares the 307 First Proclamation at Monday night’s meeting of the town’s governing body, assuring citizens of the town’s commitment to the success and strength of local business owners, who “are the backbone of our economy and integral to the growth and longevity of our community…”. The decree advises people to buy locally thus supporting critical infrastructure within the community “and encourage everyone to live, love and buy Wyoming”.
