Moorcroft High School senior Char Cranston has signed her letter of intent and is going to Dakota Weslyan in Mitchell, SD on a volleyball scholarship after graduation this year, where she will continue her volleyball career after playing varsity volleyball for the Moorcroft Wolves the last four years.
Char was selected for All State the last three years in high school and, this year, was the only 2A player in the state to receive All State for three years. She also received All Conference for all four years in high school.
Char was a team captain and helped her team make it to the state tournament for the first time in over 30 years, where they finished up fourth, placing for the first time in school history.
It has been so fun to see Char reach her dreams of playing college volleyball. I am very proud of her hard work and effort and we are looking forward to seeing her future success on the college court.
