AN ORDINANCE, APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2024

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINE HAVEN, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING THAT THE FOLLOWING BUDGET ORDINANCE BE ADOPTED:

SECTION 1: The following sums of money are anticipated as general fund cash, investments:

Bank $ 150,000

Investments $ 2,223,000

Total Funds $ 2,373,000

SECTION 2: The following sums of money are anticipated as general revenues:

Property Taxes $ 75,744

Licenses and Permits $ 21,230

Intergovernmental $ 1,439,719

Goods & Services, Fines $ 16,725

Miscellaneous Revenues $ 53,601

Cemetery $ 1,500

Total Revenues $ 1,608,519

Transfer to Investment Accounts $ -440,905

Total Revenues $ 1,167,614

SECTION 3: The following sums of money are anticipated as general expenses:

General Government $ 432,327

Public Safety $ 157,127

Equipment Acquisition $ 50,000

Public Works $ 988,929

Parks & Recreation $ 109,138

Total Expenses $ 1,737,521

Transfer From Investment Accounts $ -569,907

Section 4: The following sums of money are expected revenues, expenses and loan payments from the enterprise accounts:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that the Town of Pine Haven budget, be adopted

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the appropriation as provided for in Ordinance #2, 2023
