Receiving All Conference honors, Marcus James finished in second place with the time of 18:53.02 in the 1A/2A Northeast Powder River Conference Championship high school boys 5000-meter race in Newcastle last weekend.

Mikhail Reich took second place in the junior high school boys conference 3000-meter race with 10:35.75.

In the junior high girls 3000-meter race, Rachel Burris earned sixth place, with a time of 12:55.36; Audrey Greathouse took 17th with 13:55.74; and Morning Barnum made 21st, with 14:30.71.
