    Pine Haven Mayor Karla Brandenburg shared the council's objective in hosting a public meeting last Tuesday evening: "What we're here to accomplish is for the council to see what kind of support or not support we have for urban chickens to be allowed in Pine Haven."     With the end of the municipal landfill, the Moorcroft Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC)-sponsored Spring Cleanup Day, which usually transpires in May, has been cancelled.     Glenn Groves, 91, of Hulett, Wyoming, passed away on March 7, 2023 at Legacy Living Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming. Glenn was born on August 8, 1931 in the Gillette Hospital to Howard and Cecilia (Schlautmann) Groves. He attended and graduated from Campbell County High School. He married Frances Shaw on December 13, 1952. He changed from a ranch hand to cutting hair then a car salesman, freight manager at Wolff Auto Parts.     Sondii Boggess has faced her first month as Pine Haven’s deputy clerk, finishing the new look of the clerk’s office at town hall. Boggess has lived in the Pine Haven area since 2016 and recently began seeking a job closer to her home, east of town.     A number of bills were temporarily pulled for explanation at last Wednesday’s regular meeting of Moorcroft’s council, requiring clarification from department heads.
