    Stanton Thomas Dodson of Moorcroft, Wyoming, passed away quietly March 21, 2023, at Fort Meade VA Medical Hospital. He was born on June 26, 1935, in Sparta, Tennessee, to Fred and Mary Dodson. Stan joined the US Air Force in 1956 and served for four years. He then went to work as a Colorado State Patrolman and also worked in a California winery before rejoining the Air Force in 1966 and serving an additional 20 years.     Philip Andrew Kudlock, age 85, passed away March 14, 2023 at Weston County Manor in Newcastle, Wyoming. Phil was born December 20, 1937 in Newcastle to Peter and Edith (Gage) Kudlock. He was the second born son, joining his older brother Keith (1935). Phil became a big brother to Art (1938) and Nancy (1941). He spent his childhood playing with his siblings and helping on the family ranch.     A Moorcroft man has been given a split sentence after pleading guilty to child abuse. Dustin Regan allegedly used his hand and a fly swatter to hit two children during a domestic incident. On July 2, 2022, at around 12:36 a.m., a Crook County Sheriff’s Office deputy was dispatched to a Pine Haven residence for a reported domestic.
