    Moorcroft is currently suffering from several potholes with a couple that are deep enough to cause concern from Public Works Director Cory Allison. These fissures and faults are a result of the winter according to the director.     Pine Haven’s council and HDR Engineering’s Heath Turbiville and Mike Oakly have been discussing the best possible route for the remaining phases of the planned bike/pedestrian walkway as the engineers complete the remaining 30% of the project’s feasibility study.     Sheriff Jeff Hodge accepts a check for $7500 on behalf of the Crook County Search and Rescue from the North East Wyoming Walleye Association (NEWWA). This donation comes in the names of Jason Otto and Bruce Lang. In March, the NEWWA group held a fundraising event for these two men and decided they wanted a portion to go to search and rescue.     Paul Anderson Heiman was born on March 5, 1953 at Clark Air Force Base (Mabalacat, Philippines) to Lee Heiman and Norma Anderson. Being raised in a military family kept the youngster in an ever-changing state of moving from place to place, eventually settling in Utah, where he attended Box Elder High School and went to Utah State University for a while.
