    The law requires Casey Peterson and Associates, Moorcroft’s auditors, to conduct a full financial examination this year because $750,000 of the project funding the town received during the last fiscal year was federally based, explained representative Deidre Budahl at Monday night’s council meeting. “We weren’t originally planning to do that, we were doing a review,” she said.     A 73-year-old hunter from Riverton got turned around in what he’d thought was a familiar part of Boundary Gulch last week. Thanks to the combined efforts of the Crook County Sheriff’s Office and Crook County Volunteer Search & Rescue, he was rescued and brought to safety.     Teen charged as adult for threats against schools CHEYENNE (WNE) — A 15-year-old boy accused of making a bomb threat at Cheyenne schools had his preliminary hearing Friday afternoon in Laramie County Circuit Court. On November 13, police were called in reference to a possible break in and the complainant was afraid the person was still inside the building.
